Hawzah News Agency- The event, organized by the Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) of Pakistan, drew prominent scholars, intellectuals, and political figures who paid tribute to the sacrifices and lofty ideals of the martyrs. Attendees emphasized that the sacrifice of the martyrs transcends any single nation or region, serving instead as a beacon of guidance for all of humanity.
Addressing the gathering, Senator Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, Chief of the MWM, stated that all colonial conspiracies have ended in utter defeat. He characterized the recent aggression not merely as an attack on a single personality or country, but as an assault on Islam and humanity at large.
"Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, was a great and courageous leader who consistently stood firm with valor and fortitude against the plots of the enemy," Senator Jafri said.
He further underscored that the path of the martyrs is the guarantor of the Islamic Ummah's endurance and honor. "It is imperative today that we set aside internal differences and strengthen our unity and solidarity," the Senator urged, warning that the enemy's greatest conspiracy is to sow discord among the Muslim nations.
In a display of steadfast support, Senator Jafri affirmed: "We will continue to support oppressed nations at every level and will never retreat in the battle between truth and falsehood."
Syed Nasir Shirazi, a senior MWM official, also addressed the ceremony, framing the defense of Iran as synonymous with the defense of Islam, the Islamic World, and Pakistan itself. He asserted that the United States and the Zionist regime have failed in their regional policies, warning that any renewed attempts at intervention would lead to the complete depletion of their remaining power.
The ceremony concluded with special prayers for the elevation of the martyrs' ranks, the victory of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the success of the Islamic Resistance, and the unity of the Muslim Ummah.
